Rip us off by charging us extremely high interest rates, never aggreed to. Rates weren' t even visible to view

A tricky car salesman, whose told us he would find us a good rate and low monthly payments thru ameriCredit got us a loan for a car, December. (well, at least they did that). He called himself Santa Clause. What a joke! We paid them over 900.00 dollars in interest for 2005!

We were told that he went thru Americredit and had found us the best rate considering the fact that we did not have a credit rating over 6oo, at the time and we really needed a car and we were worried that no one would take us on.

After the deal went thru, we called to see when our payment book would arrive and while we had the on the phone, we asked what our interest rate was and were shocked to learn that it was at 21% and when we asked them would they be able to lower the rates after a few onlin payments, we were told that they didn't do that. They don't even post your interest % on the internet or your bill.
