Low Book Sales violated the terms of their contract - I signed a contract that said I had 5 days to find a lower interest rate. Then I found a lower interest rate within 3 days and tried to return the car. They said that the contract had already been sent through at 23% and could not be cancelled even if the vehicle was returned.
