Chrysler Car is a lemon and Dodge will not help because I only own one Dodge Las Vegas

I have a 1995 Dodge Stratus. I have replaced the fuel pump, distributor, BCM, TCM, brain, transmission, crank shaft control module... A few of these things more than once. I have had this car for a year and It has been drivable for a total of two months in that time. I have taken it to five different mechanics, including a Chrysler dealership, and no one has been able to fix it. I complained to Dodge and they told me they could not help me because I have not shown "loyalty" to their company by owning more than one Dodge. I have researched online and have found MANY other Dodge owners with the same problem I am having, all who have found no solution. The issue with the car is that it goes into limp mode and is stuck in second gear. Sometimes it will do this while I am driving and my car stops suddenly, jerking me and my children forward. Other times it is in second gear from the time I start the car. I have put at least $3000 in this car and can't afford anything more. The research i have done on this car shows that they had issues with this transmission, in fact had to do cxontact owners at the time to replace them. My transmission is the same, with a different name. They basically renamed to avoid the bad press... I asked Dodge to please look at my car at no charge and discuss with me what they are willing to do to remedy this situation. They said they can't help me because I only own one Dodge. I asked them "with this many problems, why would I want to own another one?" They said that obviously I have no loyalty to their company and so there is nothing they can do for me.
