Watch out for big brother, right or wrong GM will not respond!

General Motors installs 'black boxes' into every auto that they manufacture. I know this because I was involved in an accident where my passenger was killed.

I contacted GM (prior to my trial for vehicular homicide) and the gentleman I spoke to told me that the black box is not accurate enough to use for prosecution, especially when you consider this accident occurred during a very heavy snowstorm in a 4 wheel drive vehicle. That was the last time I heard from them.

When I inquired as to why none of the air bags deployed I got no response. When I asked why my side airbags did not deploy I got no response.

I went to jail over this and GM had no comment??? There were no drugs or alcohol involved. It was a simple accident. Unfortunately the unlawful presence of the very same box that controls the air bag was used by the prosecution. Where was GM then - you got it no response.

Why is there never any accountability with these large companies? Why is their non-responsiveness acceptable? I have bought 3 GM's new and 2 used in my lifetime. When I needed them - big surprise - NO RESPONSE.

GM does not stand by their product or their customers. Their only interest is in their bottom line. This vehicle had air bag issues, that is why my passenger died. Funny how GM can disappear when they have wronged you yet we have to watch their advertisements over and over and over on the television.

The rip-off; I got to pay for the 'black box' and the airbags but neither functioned properly. When I tried to get answers from GM - NO RESPONSE - BIG SURPRISE!!
