Defective, useless, and dangerous airbags

I purchased a 1997 Dodge Stratus 4-2.4L-FI in February.

Through no fault of my own, on July 27, I was involved in an accident where I was hit head on by a 2001 Buick. Even though there was more than $ 3,500.00 damage done to the front of the vehicle, the airbag on the driver's side did not deploy.

I am currently under the care of three doctors due to the injuries I suffered in this accident which would not have occurred if the airbag had worked properly.
