Minocqua Yamaha & Sea possess the toughest customer support. I got my wave runner set for fix July 22. They identified the issue. On July 12 I paid $336.26 for that repairs. Required my wave runner on the river ~ doesn't function. Named and introduced my wave runner in for support to repair it right. I had been advised I've to hold back many weeks today since additional clients are before me. They never set the issue within the first place. Therefore next shock is the fact that it'll charge me over $1000.00 just because a fresh engine was required. I decided and was within the shop once the operator, Rob requested the brand new engine. Well, nowadays is July 12th and after many calls, I've been lied to. I had been informed my wave runner engine was in and my wave runner could be completed by August 3rd. Nowadays, I had been informed that my engine isn't in and that I can't obtain a right answer from anybody. The dog owner Jeff Weisman won't return my calls.

I don't believe their support division understands the things they are doing. I've observed different clients within the shop with related grievances. One-man believed to me when I strolled in Minocqua Yamaha & Maritime, "no body may even speak with you, I've been resting below half an hour currently". Personally I think they've seriously cheated me. I'm just one woman and have the workers and operator at Minocqua Yamaha & Sea are benefiting from me and discriminated against me and repairing my waverunner with credibility and ethics. The corporation is really disorganized. I needed to inform my tale to ALERT the following target who walks thru their door. DON'T get your boat fixed at Minocqua Yamaha & Underwater. Oh, I forgot to say the operator named me September 24th and stated, more is incorrect with my waverunner and could be one more $500-$800 price. How might they analysis this when based on the operator the brand new engine wasn't installed yet. This is actually the toughest encounter with customer support and repair-service I've previously experienced. I've seen horror tales and quarry reaches the most effective. Today my initial price to repair my waverunner is certainly going from $336.00 to many thousand along with a month of setbacks and lies.
