Maytag Neptune Washer
Not dependable service

We've had numerous problems with this machine. Until recently, the service was good.

We will have had several boxes within our home for over per month waiting for support.

We needed to reorder components because the types shipped were rusty. I had been told to call asap once the components arrived and did so. We were to possess support onjuly28th by calling john at 732 6202050. We didn't obtain a return phone. I named the service department-john and karen were useful, sent our request service and stated i'd obtain a call-in one hour. It's currently 5 hours later and that i am still wating.

I called again, talked having a boss, he explained the service is for wed, august 1. I'm not house!!! And didn't request this day!

After 5 hours of contacting, being on hold for approximately 25 moments i'd to reschedule for august 29. That will make 2 weeks for support.

I'm very upset with how you are handeling this service call/. John, paul and maria must have followed up with this particular.

Maytag is supppose to be always a trusted item. If this machine is any instance of this, i'd not recommend it and when someone did wish to purchase it i'd not recommend your support.

On the 1 to 10,1 being the cheapest, that might be your score for this service.

It has been an awful experience and you will make sure that we won't be buying any maytag items later on.
