Maytag / Neptune Washer
Poor quality product!

I purchased a Maytag Neptune Front-Load machine Design# MAH8700AWW in- May for $913.00, it's June 13 and that I am spending $409.40 (Components, delivery, work and fees) to displace the control panel and also the door-lock construction. (The machine quit middle cyle and also the doorway wouldn't start.) The control panel burned up and broken the doorway lock construction.

I called Maytag and was informed that my washer just had a-1 year guarantee which expired which Maytag doesn't provide a long guarantee for this machine. (Surprise why? Hmmm) After going right through the whole leak about this I paid $913.00 for that machine in- May which it's absurd that I'm spending to possess anything so costly changed. (The control panel is $375.00, the doorway construction is $99.00.) They provided me a-6 month support agreement, which may purchase the repair when the same thing occurred again, after I taken care of the fix. I subsequently informed them which was not adequate so that they provided me a-1 year support agreement. Again, what great might that me when the control panel burns again 15 weeks later. I subsequently inquired when they might atleast pay 50% of the fix expenses and as time passes they decided to provide me a 50% discount on components, that we needed to purchase and also have sent to my home. I required that after recognizing which was the very best I had been likely to get. Without that discount I'd have experienced to pay for $634.38 for that fix that will be over 50% of what I taken care of the washer within the first place.

I'd never claim that you purchase a Maytag something!!! They clearly don't remain behind there items, however again when their products are created in different nations I suppose it is stands to reason.!! (Our machine was produced in Korea by LG!)
