Very poor customer service and poor quality work Ripoff

In February I purchased a rebuilt engine from Precision Engine Rebuilders of Houston TX. I had it shipped to my mechanic in Albuquerque NM. It took about a month for them to get it to us. My mechanic had the engine in within a week. Unfortunately when they went to put fluid in the radiator it went right into the oil... I tried calling Ken (the owner or manager) over and over without success. Ever time I called he was in a meeting or with a customer and said he would call back. I finally managed to reach Ken once (I think he accidently answered the phone) I explained the situation and he said he would call my mechanic. When he did speak with my mechanic he accused him of not putting the engine in quite right and then my mechanic explained that they put it in just the way they received it. So Ken gave the mechanic the ok to tear down the engine and see what the problem was. CRACKED BLOCK!!! Now if you notice on there sight they say over and over that they completely check a block (pressure check) before they would ever rebuild it. I guess they missed this one. Well here we go again... Trying to reach Ken to tell him what the verdict was took another couple of weeks. Finally Ken said send it back and we will send another one out... Another three to four weeks finally got the engine. But guess what they did not send all the needed parts to put the engine back in. Another couple of weeks and my mechanic finally got some of the parts needed, but not all... Mechanic finally spoke with Ken and he said they just could not find the remaining parts, to just buy what you need and send him the bill. Well it's the end of July and they finally got my engine in for the second time and the second installation fee (my mechanic does not work for free!!!) Now we are waiting to see if Kenny boy is going to take care of the second istallation fee (since he sold me a lemon the first time) My mechanic has been trying to get a hold (guess who) he is still in that darn meeting. Beware these people have no concept of customer service!!! I will update this if Ken ever gets out of that dang meeting...
