Ashley And Daniel I was informed I would have my car moved and be contacted with 7 days, they kept my deposit of 150.00 and did not keep their word

On June 21 American Pride Autoride took a deposit of $150.00 and said they would contact me within 7 days, the name of the girl I spoke to was Danelle. She said we will let you know when my car would be moved. I called them a few times within the week to see if they had found a carrier, they said not yet and did not have any idea of when I should expect a call. They said a driver would call 1 or 2 days before my car would be shipped and that is all they knew.

They never called, and when I called back after they 7th day, they said, I had to wait 11 days from june 21, to get my deposit, and I could not cancel until the 11thday. After june, 21.

I found another carrier and did not cancel my agreement, I wanted to wait out the time to get my deposit back. They said they called on June 29, friday but they did not. I never received a call. When I called them back on July 3 to cancel my order and get my deposit back. They lied. They said a driver out to my address to pick up my car on Monday July 2.

I said you never called on Friday, June 29, I was home packing all day. I flew out to CA on June 30 and the phone service had ended. They upset me to the point of tears and I pleaded for my deposit.

I am a divorced women and made at the time 11.50 an hour working at a cancer radiology company.

I said I need every penny. I begged for my refund. But, they said no and rudely too. The last person who I spoke with was the supervisor Ashley. She said the final no.
