Valley Express Towing (Steve The Driver)
VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, Very very very foul-mouthed and racist

I needed a tow truck earlier today so the girl at radio shack gave me afew phone numbers to some places this was the first one to answer the phone. Basically Im not complaining about the service because it was good-the driver was punctual, and aside from trying to take Elliot Rd to the I-10 and Baseline area insted of the 101N. To 60W to 1-10E to Baseline which is alot faster-the service was fine. My complaint is that being the "backseat driver" type person that I am, I was like lets go this way insted of Elliot Rd all the way so that kind of started my conversation with the driver Steve because then he stated that I was one of those women who try to control all the men in their life. I laughed it off because I have been told that before because that is just the way that I am. It wasnt until we were inside my complex and he was doing the paperwork and getting ready to back my car into my garage when the dispatcher came on very loudly and Steve yelled "shut-up bXXXX" and turned down the volume on their radio and then said "I hate that bXXXX". I asked why and he said "she's always starting crap with her drama and she is a nXXXXX-lover too". I was quiet and he looked at me and said "dont tell me you are one too-cuz if you are I just lost my job". I told him that I do not like that word and I find it very in-appropriate and only people that are trash that belong on the Springer Show use that language. He then went on to explain to me that in Texas where he is from its "cultural diversity" and how he is an ex-cop and so on.

So that is my complaint-I found his language and opinion very offensive and unprofessional and almost intimidating. People are entitled to their own beliefs and POV but I think that Steve needs to keep his to himself or go back to Fort Worth, Texas.
