Steve Dolling had his boat shipped by land from Mexico to Washington State. Upon delivery, Steve convinced the truck driver to unload his boat by telling the driver that his 'wife was on the way' with the balance. Once the boat was unloaded, Steve refused to pay the balance due. Steve then sailed the boat back to Canada.
