Stole my Sons radio out of his car Radio

On Sunday, July 10, My son was pulled over by the Westland Police, for no use of turn signal, after running a check on the car and his license's my son was taken to the Westland Poice Station for driving on suspeneded license, The Wesltand Police Department called a tow truck for his vehicle which was Westland Car Care they towed my sons car to there shop.

My son was pulled over in front of his friends house, and when his friends mother saw the police in front of her home she came outside to investigate the matter. When my friends mother saw that the police was taking him to jail, she told the officer that they could leave my sons vehicle in front of her home. They declined this offer. After posting bond.

My son's Grandfather went to pick up my sons vehicle on Wednesday July, 11th, Because my son had to be at work and his work hours did not co inside with the shops hours.

My father signed for the vehicle and returned home to the City of Detroit. When my son came home from work and went to look over his vehicle, He immediately saw that his radio was missing, the radio is the kind that you can take out and take with you. Because my father signed for the vehicle and signed Westland's Car Care's Towing Report,

We were told there is nothing that anyone can do about it. My sons friend can and will testify that when they were pulled over in his vehicle on Sunday July, 11 that they were lsitening to the radio. I want everyone to know that Westland Car Care Company are THEIVES and I am filing a report with the Attorney generals Office ASAP. I am also contacting Fox 2 News and asking them to investigate this complaint. I am not in anyway condoning my sons behavior he will pay for his infraction. I want anyone who reads this letter to know that the Westland Police Department & Westland Car Care Company are in co hoots together and think that they are above the law.
