The product I bought was missing parts. Will not answer e-mail or phone

This company sold me a set of speaker stands. When we opened the box it was missing many parts. I have been e-mailing and calling this company and they will not return calls or e-mail. The speaker stands are nothing more then paperweights until I get the missing parts. Why won't they answer? Because they are crooks thats why.
