This company thrives on cheating people, they encourage their employees to squeeze every dime they can out of a customer, they use 1970's tactics to sell cars, and the management is the worst, the General Manager actually has been known to scream the foulest language ever heard in the middle of the showroom at his own employees, and they hate cash buyers, they want you to finance because they raise the interest rate at least 2 points so they can collect the money from the lending institution, then they try to sell you all the warranty, gap insurance and other stuff like lojack at extremely inflated pricing, and they brag about how they crushed the customer after the customer leaves, they tell the sales people not to mention the ad to the customer because they do not want to sell any vehicle at sale price, it is disgusting practice. And the cars they advertise are not even on the lot, they are sold, but they tell sales people to lie to customers and say the car is there, then they tell you to get the customer into the store and sell them a more expensive car.

They also work the sales people to death, 16 hour days sometimes for 20 days without a day off and no breaks. The employee turn over is mind boggling, this one of 25 Van Tyle dealerships and the Van Tyle family should really look into what goes on there, it is horrible business practice and the General Manager is the worst, I watched a man and his young son get up and leave because he was screaming at one of salespeople for not following the 12 sales steps of taking advantage of the customer and the F word was flying everywhere, everyone was in shock, it was a Saturday morning and the man was buying a brand new Pick up truck, he apologized to his salesman and asked for his credit card back and keys to his trade back, he just wanted to leave, it took them 20 minutes to locate the keys to his trade and his credit card. They still tried to talk him into buying the truck. They practically held him hostage.
