Ripoff Breach of contract and deceptive trade practices

I am a US born citizen, buying small trucks in the US and driving them to Mexico and selling them.

Hillsdale posted on Autotrader.com a 1997 Ford Ranger for $2500 in January. I saw the posting online and emailed Derek Hamms to negotiate a sale. Derek emailed and agreed to sell it to me for $1800, the deal was done via email and telephone calls. At the time of the agreement, I was in Puerto Escondido Oaxaca, summer beach weather in the high 80's. Derek agreed to have someone pick me up at the airport in Grand Rapids Michigan. I called Derek the day I left Puerto Escondido to make sure everything was good to go. Derek said all is well and to go ahead and come up. I jumped on a bus from Puerto to Mexico City arriving the next morning. That morning I jumped on a Continental flight from Mexico City, change over in Houston, then arriving at 4:30PM in Grand Rapids Michigan with over two feet of snow and ice. Temperatures below zero. I called Derek from the Grand Rapids airport to ask him where the ride was, and ready for this. Derek tells me that the truck was already sold, but has another car that I could buy at the same or higher price. I told him that we had an agreement. Derek had no response to my comments. I then was forced to deal with sub-zero temperatures with no transportation. I then decided to spend the night at the Grand Rapids Greyhound station.

At 10PM, the police cleared the bus station, because they close the station everynight. I was then out in the sub-zero weather with no shelter. I was in downtown Grand Rapids, of course everything is expensive down there. Stayed at the Radisson close to the bus station for $180. At 8AM that next morning I was heading back to Dallas on the hound. Yes, this story is sad. I just want the public to know the tactics that Hillsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep, by its sales person Derek Hamms sanctioned by its president Thomas M. Vann. At least there is a silver lining to this story. I sued their asses in Texas court and won a judgment against them (Tarrant County Texas Justice Court, Case #2054675, styled Daniel Montes, Jr. Vs. Hillsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Inc. If you too decide to sue them their registered agent is William H. Vann, 308 W. Carleton Rd., Hillsdale MI 49242,517-437-3394. For service (they will not pick up their green card mail, you must use the Hillsdale County Sheriff to serve them). I am having the Michigan court execute on the Texas judgment against the corporate assets of Hillsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Also, if there is anyone out there who knows which bank Hillsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep does business with to forward that to me so I can seize it to satisfy my court judgment.
