Auto Repair Warranty Group Claims Manager Micheal Anthony company do not honor its contract claims manager looks for ways not to pay claims, stay away

This company is very dishonest, will find all kind of way not to honor their contracts. I did every thing possible to work with this four man operation, but to no avail. Notified them of problem i was having before taking it to auto repair service center. Claims Manager Micheal Anthony is very rude will ask you the same question over and over again to try to get you to say something to void warranty his favorate words (this is not a trick question). Will state he would have to take your claim in front a reveiw panel, only to get a call a few hours later stating that your contract it canceled and they will not pay the claim. While you have your vehicle at the service center having to pay for the dianostic in order to get your vehicle back or pay out of pocket to have it repaired i my case Ford dealer stated i needed a transmission (factory rebuilt) didnt want to pay for, so they asked for a estimate on a regular rebuilt (still denied repair) Mr Anthony stated that he would send a specailist in the area to get another opinion on this because sometimies dealership have outragious pricing, so i agreed to these terms and even stated that he had my premission to take my vehicle to a authurize sevice center of thier choice. Mr Anthony State to me that my vehicle was ineligible because it had a factory towing hitch. So my advice is to not deal with them, and seek legal help as this company needs to be shut down. Mr Anthony stated that he was cancelling my contract and will refund my money, but i havent seen my refund yet. As you can see their practice with others contract holders. This company on its web site have 0 deductable for holiday specals which is very appealing, and a low cost warranty do not fall for this (as the old saying go (you get wat you pay for, or if it sound to good to be true it prob. Is) again stay away from this company.
