Wells Fargo Auto Finance
Ripoff! Trying to charge us insurence and over charging us!

Me and my father have had problems from the get go with wells fargo auto finance. Everything to your payment is late and we were mailing them in and using certified mail so they had to sign for it and it made it on time but the mail room on their end wasen't getting stuf out like they should have and in turn was costing me more money. Our payment is 395.93 and we pay 400 then they charge another 8.00 to take the payment over the phone since the mail wasen't getting to them in time.

At one point they took money out of the wrong account and it took them 4 months before they relized it and thats with us calling everyday telling them this. They put insurance on my truck without my knowledge and was trying to get more money once again, i finally realized something wasen't right and asked what they were charging me for and harrassing my dad for more money after i already paid them. They told me that i didnt have insurance on my truck so they put it on for me, i said well thats strange i have had insurance since before i bought the truck and it has full coverage and i also bought gap insurance.

I hate to see that i am not the only customer of theirs that is being harassed over money that isn't owed to them and hope there is some way we can stop them from doing this to others like they have do so to us. Is there anything we can do to stop this company from all its wrongful doing. I can not believe i was taking for a fool by using this finance company, i can assure never to use them nor recommend them to anyone else.
