Fraudulently charged my debit card ripoff

I was in an accident. The other car was totally liable by admission and police report.ins agreed to pay car rental, while my car repaired. It took 2 months. On Friday the 8th of June Ins.Co called and left messeage to return rental and pick up car. My son called Enterprise and said come pick me up and they said they had no extra drivers to just leave it at the repair shop. (car dealership in town). I did and left the keys under the mat and my son and I repoted to them where the car was exactly and 20 days later tey charde my debit card 111.52 for up til the next monday? They refused to refund the whole amont after causing 2 other checks to bounce. They refunded 45.00 Dollars and my fees totaled 35. Times 3 for unavailable fees which included the one on their charge.

I am going to the bank when it opens and see what I can do the Ins company rightly refuses to pay.
