Worst Service Eve

I called Tires Plus in Chanhassen to see if they could fit me in for an oil change on Saturday morning 6-30-07. The manager said to come right in. Three of us wated at the counter for 15 minutes while he sat in his office. He finally came out and filled out the work order and said I could wait.

30 minutes later the manager came up to me and said that 2 other appointments were moved ahead of mine and that it would be over 2 hours at least before they could get to my car. If I was told this when I had called I would have gone to another store. My wife was going to her mothers out of town and wanted me to get the oil changed so she could leave that morning. The manager more or less said too bad, here are your keys and goodbye. That is the kind of service you can expect at this Tires Plus store in Chanhassen.
