Douglas tires will not stay balanced despite eight balancings

Douglas tires purchased at wal-mart about a year ago. They will not stay balanced. have been balanced 8 times and not always at Wal-Mart. Manager told me to bring it in on Sat. when I arrived he told me to bring it back on wednesday. I decided to just give it up. But after thought I decided to stay with it no matter how long it takes. Manager told me he could upgraded it to a Goodyear VIVA. I asked him why not the Uniroyal; he told me they couldn't do it anymore. They had to upgrade to Goodyear. There were 4 sets of uniroyal sitting outside. I am disabled and I can't buy tires every 6 months. The truck is sitting in the yard. I am not going to give up.

As much trouble as I have had with these tires. My opinion is upgrade to uniroyal or goodyear; at no cost to me. The manager acts like he could care less. The whole thing has gotten ridiculous. I have never had this kind of problem before. I hope I can get this resolved within a week. It is your decision. If it is possible I would like to carry to Columbus, MS, or Tupelo, MS.
