Douglas tires wll not stay balanced and they won't do anything about it. Ripoff

DOUGLAS TIRES purchased at wal-mart about ayear ago. They will not stay balanced. HAVE BEEN BALANCED 8 times and not always atwal-mart. Manager told me to bring it in on sat when i arrived he told me told me to bring it back on wednesday. I decided to just give it up. BUT AFTER THOUGHT I DECIDED TO stay with it no matter how long it takes. Manager told me he could upgraded it to a goodyeay VIVA. I asked him why not the UNIROYAL; HE TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DO IT ANYMORE. THEY had to upgrade to Goodyear. There were 4 sets of uniroyal sitting outside. Iam disadled and i can't buy tires every 6 months. The truck is sitting in the yard. I am not going to give up.

As much trouble as i have had with these tires. My opinion is upgrde to uniroyal or goodyear; at no cost to me. The manager acts like he could care less. The whole thing has gotten ridiculous. I have never had this kind of problem before. I hope i can get this resolved within a week. It is your decision. If it is possible i would like to carry to Columbus, Ms, OR TUPELO, mS.
