First time: I got laid off at work, so i ask them to file for an extension, they said they could email the form, then i would have to fax it back to the or mail, when i never got the form,

SEcond time: i called them about three days later and told them that i never got the form and they said okay, what is ur email and they will send it again.

THird time: called again and got mad cuz i told them i could not make this months payment, never been late always been on time, i got an attitude from they lady, and she said it would have to be sent out again, so i gave them another email address, nothing.

4. A month later, made my payments, got a phone saying i am behind well told them i budget my money and thats all i can afford so i ask them to file for another extension they said no not until i am current

5. Finally phone call that i will ever talk to them, one of the reps called me and started yelling at me, cuz i said i could not make up that last payment, so from now on i dont talk to them and i just make my payments. On a 48 month contract

My car loan was for 8,561 and i still 2,900 after 3 1/2 yrs
