No email confirmation, no parts!

I requested an Audi A4 brake tank on May 31st. Delivery was designed to get 3-4 business days. It's today July 14th but still no component, no mail, no telephone call. I call today to discover exactly what the heck happened, simply to discover they NEVER had the component, OR were they likely to. TERRIBLE SUPPORT about the edge of FRAUD. They provided a reimbursement, having a little bit of an attitude used to donot wish to notice about the telephone. 3-4 times for that reimbursement, simply aspire to lord I actually donot need to call-back simply because they "forgot."

Overall, the corporation isn't skilled. Timeliness and customer support is anything THEY DON'T provide.
