Sale of unsafe & defected truck irresponsible mechanical work hazardous on road 4 me ripoff

I bought a truck on 05/30 for $37000 from selectrucks they gave me a faulted truck. The engine oil is blowing all over on the engine and break drums which could be dangerous for myself and others on the road. I had already given this truck for fixing of this problem on 06/05. I have reported all the complains about the truck to the dealership but they have not worked on the problems. And given me the truck back on 06/06 lieing to me that they have fixed the problem on 06/07. I noticed the same major problem that is hazardous on the road. I have only thirty days warrenty on the truck after 30 days i will be held responsile for any problem that i have reported to the dealer. According to the department of transportation this semi truck should be out of service and that means i will not be able to work as a owner operator for on track transportation co. Whenever i contact them they are ignorant and trying to manuplate words and not taking any action because its major engine work. Since i bought this truck i am unable to work i cant pick up the trailors. I am having loss of money and i am in deep trouble i am unable to sleep in the night. I have put all my saving as a down payment for this truck and my family and income is depended on this truck. Kindly look into this matter and help me.
