Prevost Of Jacksonville And Canada Co. Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing And Canada

I had taken my coach to this dealer on three occasions during a one year period to a have it fixed. On the last occasion they had it a full three months. They were told, in fact I told 4 of their employees including the manager and assistant manager and office manager not to do ANY work that the warrantee would not cover. I had already spent in access of $20,000 with them and did not want to spend any more trying to get them to fix the problems they have been unable to fix to date.

They never gave me a bill despite repeated requests to give it to me so I could turn it in to the warrantee company.

I informed them I could not wait any longer I was driving the three hours to get it. When I got there still no bill, sill not fixed and still not ready. I called the area supervisor and he said do not worry about the bill we will take care of it for you, just go ahead on your trip.

We left and went on a trip for several weeks. When we got back I got a call from Prevost of Canada demanding $8,500 in repairs they clamed were done to my coach. When I explained what had happened they called the area supervisor and manager who now lied and said I drove off without paying.

You expect to be taken by auto repair garages but not to be so blatant about it. I had witnesses and I had all of the receipts for previous repairs that were done once again.in other words they tried to cheat me. They finally worked the bill down to $7,200 and wanted to get paid for work that was never done. I told them fix the coach and I will see you get paid. They, the manager asked me to cheat the warrantee company with the total amount and I would not do so. He then asked me to write a check and go bankrupt on it.in other words cheat the US Government out of almost $10,000.

I tell this story so others will not get screwed like we did. They are incompetent as seen with three time in with out fixing the coach they built. They lie, cheat and commit fraud all in an effort to make money. The managers name is John and the assistants name is Clifford, do not believe anything they tell you as they can not tell the truth! I would recommend a back yard mechanic before I would ever recommend them again!
