Luggage debacle

My spouse and that I recently flew British Atmosphere (BA2192 - May 4) from Texas to Gatwick, London. Going-over we examined three bags, and required up to speed two small-wheeled-suitcases that match properly within the expense.

On our return trip (BA 2193) from Gatwick, we examined four bags. Nevertheless, once we proceeded towards the boarding entrance, BAA (airport expert) personnel requested us to put our two-wheeled-bags within the dimensional container to ensure they qualified as carry ons.

They can fit, nevertheless, the wheels protruded so that they pushed us to check on both carry ons as extra luggage in a mixed price people$483! They certainly were the identical bags that visited within the overhead bins about the trip at free.

British Atmosphere hasn't answered to my questions, and BA employees in the extra luggage table called us towards the BAA who reported "elevated protection worries" which had nothing related to luggage dimensions.

Your normally good trip to the U.K. Was damaged by this surprising interest in excessive expenses. Obviously, we shall never travel British Atmosphere again with manhandling such as this.
