Ripoff lied waisted my time

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago from them. We recentley calle them to see if we could trade in our current vehicle for something bigger.

They told us to come down to the dealership and that they could work something out on a trade in. We get there and they send over one of thier sales mangers brandon who is a moron. And tells us he has a few questions about our credit. I tell him what is going on and that I have anypaperwork he needs to see to eplain any mistakes on my reoport. Ok no problem we can work something out.

After sitting there for two hours with my wife and my 16 month old daughter who is getting very restless. He comes back and says we need a co-signer. So I convince my dad to co-sign on the car then after another hour goes by he tells me that I need to put down 10,000 on the car.

I look at him like he is crazy. So they look at our car for a trade in. He would never not once tell me how much they would give for a trade in. After another 30 minutes of sitting thier and getting the runaround. Him and all of his buddies are all hudled around their desk talking. And he comes back and try's to tell me to have my father purchase the car and me co-sign for it. And title the car to new york where my father lives. After I obviously not agree to that ridiculous idea.

He then decides to tell me forget about the trade in. Because obviously they were not going to make any money from me and tell tells me that maybe I should turn the car in. I said you mean like get it repossesed. And he tells me that it would look bad on my credit but it would help me get a new car. And also they never had me sign anything for my permision to run my credit report but had my wife sign something to run her's. Real inteligent

I can not believe that a supposed sales manager would tell me to get my car repossesed so I can purchase another one from him. And not to mention I saw a couple of other customers that just got up and walked on some other sales asscosiates. That says alot about this place.

And finally to top it all off. The service department manager calls me last week and tells me that he is sending a survey out and that if I give him perfect score on his survey that he will give a free detail on my car. That just shows you how much they know about customer service. Bribeing your customers. Thats something to be real proud of.

I would suggest to never buy a car from this place or even get your car seviced a this dump hole. They need to fire every dam one of them in their and get some people that know what customer service my 16 moth old daughter could prabably sell a car better than thos idiots
