While searching for engine for my Eagle Talon TSI, i came across a company on Ebay selling one, i called them about the engine and they said they had one in stock a so called "very nice engine" with "71000???" miles on it.

After speaking with a man named "Michael", we decided to purchase the engine from them.

I also asked if it was possible to get the motor mounts, transmission mount and shifter cables. "Michael" said that would not be a problem if the cables were not cut so i called back a few minutes later and he said they were not cut and would be shipped with the engine and he said the total cost would be 1500

1400 for the engine and mounts/cables plus 100 shipping
I was told it would be delivered Monday, May 7

Heres where the deception and lying takes a new turn

On Monday the 7th i call " Michael " and he tells me the engine is being removed now and will delivered the following day. Tuesday the 8th call "michael" he says "its on the truck for delivery". I asked him if all the parts we on the truck he said yes everything is there
COOL! 5pm - still no engine/parts

Call "michael" again Apperently they were still in New York and cant make it

Wednesday the 9th, call "Michael" again
This time he "guarantees" that the engine and parts would be delivered Guess What!?!? Nothing so i call and he is "not available"

Ok so i call about 20 more times and noone answers the phone now. Then i get a snotty lady on the phone who tells me there is nothing she can do about it and hangs up on me. I call back a few more times no answer

So my father calls and MAGICALLY they pick up, we told them we would file charges if the engine was not delievered. The next day i call AGAIN and i am told that i would be the first delivery of the day

Nothing again!!!

Now my father gets involved and makes his phone calls and the continuously lie saying that it is on its way, all parts are there, no worries. We were PROMISED that i was the first delivery of the day FRIDAY the 11, take a wild guess what happened NOTHING COMES!!!

So now we are very mad, i am being charged by my mechanic for the car sitting in the shop and im being lied to by a fraudulent company so i find there website and it says FREE SHIPPING, i was charged $100

6pm that night we make a phone call to the company and my father speaks to the "OWNER" "NEAL"

He gives this long speach about how they are a good buisness and they are sorry and he promises that all my parts will be there 1st thing saturday morning and that they would refund some money

2PM SATURDAY
the driver calls and asks ME for directions
4pm he gets here

The engine looks like garbage, rusted and rotted, power steering line rotted out, intake manifold piping cut, main wiring harness cut (I ASKED ABOUT THIS IN PARTICULAR AND WAS PROMISED THE WIRING WOULD NOT BE CUT), OIL PAN RUSTED AND ROTTED, AND POWER STEERING PULLED WAS DAMAGED, and to top it off i DID NOT recieve and mounts or cables

When i called the company about that they told me that they originally said that there was an 80% chance those parts might not be available, yet on numerous occasions they told me and my father that the were " on the truck everything is there"

I call the owner "NEAL" again and now he will not pickup

I did not recieve a reciept, OR warranty paperwork for their "6 month warranty" and i was told to keep the $200 i owed upon delivery

$200 does not compensate for the labor and parts i will have to pay for now for a an engine i was told was " very nice" and now this company refuses to make good

They planned on stealing my money until they realized we were not going to give up, they ripped me off, lied to me, sold me a bad product, and shorted me the products i was supposed to recieve now im stuck with no money to get my car out because i cant afford to pay for all the crap they did and did not give me

I want this company to make good with me or i will sue!!!
