Really a report on customer service recieved over the phone then later that day in the department. Customer 99 Invoice # 642191 on 5/5 Created by Richey Strain.

I called roughly at 12:30 PM and was immediately put on hold by the parts department. I waited approx 10 minutes and decided to just go to the dealership because by the time they answered and checked for stock availablity I would not get their by the time they closed. I really expected that they would be really busy.

When I drove up there was 3 cars in front of department. After walking in the dept there was 2 individuals 1 eating a fast food dish and the other staring at a PC monitor. Neither men had a customer to deal with neiether men were on the phone.

I walked up to the counter and asked for the part I needed and Mr. Richey pulled up the schematic and showed me the PC screen and pointed to the part to confirm what I needed. I, at this point, was somewhat taken back but, remained cool.

Mr. Richey came back with the part and I informed him that I needed the 2 seal that were needed to install thae part. He went back to retrieve the parts and in the meantime another employee walked thru making a comment about the new hours and the individual that was eating made the comment that it was really slow.

Mr. Richey had returned by this time and I rebutted to the individual eating that working when it was slow was torture. Mr Richey chimed in that he would rather be busy than just standing around. I then replied in agreement that "yeah it was like standing for an hour with your arm held out for an hour. Both indivuals laughed in agreement. I then left without saying a word.
