Fraudulent and Dishonest Ripoff

I bought a mini quad from them back in May. The first time my son rode it, it broke. The back axle broke and the wheel bearings shattered into pieces. I called them right away because their website states that the are "Customer Approved 5 Star Rating" and they have FREE Technical Support for life!

It is a a year since the quad broke and I am STILL waiting for my parts. I have called them a million times, talked to Steve, Andrew, Danielle, Elsie, Chris, and many more and still I don't have my parts. Every time I call I get "the parts will be send right out" or "the parts were shipped out yesterday and expect them to arrive in 7 to 10 business day" or "we don't have any record of you calling for any parts!" I am so sick of this company. They have an "F" rating on the BBB and I only wish that I had known that before buying TWO quads within a week of each other from them.

The one time I called, trying to get some answers, the guy started CUSSING at me until my husband took the phone and made them apologize to me. Needless to say, we still don't have the parts and that was in October.

I talked to Andrew 4/25/07 and he told me that the parts were already sent out but since I never got them he would send out more the next day! Told me to expect them in 7-10 business days. I called back today and Elsie told me that Andrew doesn't work there anymore and that she will send them out as soon as they come back in stock. I've heard that one before! She was rude and told me that she was doing me a courtesy by sending me the bearings because MY WARRANTY EXPIRED A LONG TIME AGO! No kidding - i've been waiting a year for my parts! When I told her that I had emails to prove that I contacted them when it was still in warranty she got snide with me and reminded me again that she was doing me a courtesy by sending me the parts free of charge!

I have had to go over our problem with so many employees over the last year and no one knows what we are talking about or can find the information in their system. At one point I was calling every Monday for months that I think they had caller id and wouldn't take my calls! LOL

I could go on and on and I know that still waiting for over a year is silly so today I called and asked for the part number, so I could get it from another source... SHE DIDN'T KNOW THE PART NUMBER so I am right back where I started with a broken 300.00 quad and one very sad little boy.
