Committing Illegal Collection Practices with Bankruptcy Filers

I have been a Capital One Auto Finance customer since September. I've received calls from them when I've been a week late on my payments. They are very annoying, but I don't answer the phone, and they don't leave messages.

After a job loss and becoming employed again, I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. My past due loan payment (I was 1 month behind) and remaining balance will be included in the bankruptcy payment plan. I filed at the beginning of April and received a letter from Capital One Auto Finance dated for April 5th that they got the bankruptcy info.

Yet, they still call... in excess of 15 times per day. I've talked to the reps, who know they shouldn't call, and promise to stop the calls... I've talked to 5 reps in 2 days! They're all very apologetic, but it doesn't mean a thing because they are harassing me.

What they're doing is illegal...
