Dear Az Attorney General. Please read this! Ripoff

Cars & Transport

I worked for Mel Clayton Ford for a short time. I have been in the business for 18 years so I thought I had seen it all. Was I wrong. Have enjoyed working for the best dealerships in the country was asked to work at Mel Clayton and I thought I had found a home. It was explained to me that things were changing and business would be great.

I have never worked with blatant thieves, from the top on down. Neil Underwood is the GM and I blame him for everything that is going on.in his position you cannot plead "I didn't know". Daily there are people that that have been spot delivered, and have to bring back there vehicle, because they could not get them financed.

I'm talking about as long as 5 months! One salesman had 11 in one month. Reason that I left this dealership is because I sold a car to a nice lady that was very trusting.By the time she got out of finance she had bought $3,000 window tint. She still has no idea that she did this.

I will be calling her. After being there for such a short time I have come to the conclusion that only 1 in a hundred actually report to you about the rip offs that happen to them. I would love to start a process to make them quit there standard practice of ripping people off.
Please excuse the wording of this of this complaint. The way it is set up, you cannot correct a mistake without re-writing the whole thing.
