Ripoff dishonest and fraudulent sales practices

When I purchased a van from them their computer added $545.00 to the final price without itemizing it on papers. After I left they filled in a vehicled warranty on that paperwork and sent it to bank. I was told this is a common practice there and the employees are taught how to do this and slip it by the customer.
