I walked into long island cycle to buy two atv's I picked out two one 2004 artic cat 50 cc and one 2004 Kawasaki 360 cc. I like the units get a price and agree to buy them. This was on a Wednesday.

I sit down with the sales man he writes up two contracts. I sign them. We then go into the sales managers office. He tells me I have to buy an extended warranty to get a rate of 3.9% so I say ok. Then he has me sign the paper work blank and tells me the computer will fill it out. I refuse to sign the blank credit slip and want the amount filled out so he does.

I leave the store with no paper work not even the hand written ones that the sales man filled out. The atv will be delivered on Monday.

I call the Kawasaki they tell me they never heard of the warranty thing for the 3.9 % rate. Monday morning I go to the dealer to get the paperwork. Im told it's in the mail the atvs will be at your house at 3 pm. I did not ask about the warranty.

At 330 pm the atvs get to my house I ride them they look great. On Tuesday the paperwork comes in the mail for the Kawasaki it says 2003 on the top and no info about a warranty I bought a 2004 not 2003. I go back to the dealer that night they tell me the paperwork is locked up come back tomorrow.

Wednesday morning I go back I want to see the hand written copy they tell me they threw it out. On the blank paperwork that was signed they changed the year and gave me the 2003 model instead of 2004. They were not helpful at all this is my problem
