Ripoff Triad is Satan

I want in on the class action lawsuit against Triad Financial. They are predatory lenders. I've had my car since May. Due to some financial hardship i've had extensions on this loan. My contract ended november. At the time I still had a substantial balance.

When I saw this I called and asked them for a detailed history of my account. They sent me a a rinky dink pack of lies, stating that I'd never been on time, I bounced 9 checks and anything elswe you can name. Triad has since them called my home day in and day out, and I am still paying them. About a month ago, one of their employees had the audacity to call my home at 7am and threatened to repossess my vehicle. I recently hired an attorney, and she sent a letter to cease and desist all collection activity. Today I recieved a note in the mail, supposedly from one ofe their investigators semanding that I surrender my vehicle. I've forwarded this information to my attorney and am now in the process of complaining to my local states attorney as the better business bureau is useless.
