I ordered a GT35R turbocharger on the 17th october fron DC Tuner on line with a credit card, i asked questions before i ordered it and was told by Greg at Dc tuner (forcefedintegra@yahoo.com) also known as Greg Sabia of Sabia Creative Designs (greg@sabiadesign.com), that it was in stock and would be with me in one week.

When it never arrived 3 weeks later i emailed them and was told it was out of stock and they would send it when they had some more in stock. They then tried to process my credit card and it was rejected 8 times apparently due to my delivery and billing address being my works address as apposed to my home address. I was then encouraged to pay by money transfer which i did and paid the money directly into Greg Sabias account $972.00 on the 13th november for a GT35R turbocharger shipping and insurance.

I was told it was shipped on the 16th november and again when it didnt arrive i emailed them and requested the tracking number. I eventually got a reply from Eric at DC Tuner (eric@dctuner.com) on the 6th december admitting they had no record of ever sending it to me and he assured me that when he had some more in stock 6-13 days later he would send me one.

I never received it, when emailed and confronted i eventually got answers like "out of stock"and "who are you" After many unreplied to emails to Greg, Eric, Paul and Chris of DC TUNER and many phone calls to the states on the number given that was never answered i eventually got a responce from them telling me i would get a refund, I NEVER DID and now they refuse to answer any emails and i have lost all contact with them.
