RingDesigner.com-Greg Gates Took $2553, No Rings, No Refund, neverending excuses. Do Not Use! Ripoff

My fiance and I ordered a Bridal Set of rings from ringdesigner.com for $2,553 back in September. After a few weeks of nothing, we emailed, phoned numerous times and never got an answer. Finally we received a form letter that said the website had gone down on August and that our set would be shipped no later than Oct 19th, all they needed was the 3 numbers on our credit card for "verification." Oct 19th came and went...

After we called more and emailed more, we still haven't gotten a response from greg gates at ringdesigner. We complained with the BBB, to which Greg responded that if customers wouldn't take negative comments off the web, he'd have to file bankruptcy and customers wouldn't get any financial refund close to what they had spent at his website, or rather, than what he stole from customers.
We filed another report with the BBB and will continue to email/call Greg until we get our money back. If anyone else has suggestions, such as, can we sue him? Who else can we report him to?

Greg has said he's having all these personal problems, but, hey, who doesn't? Not only that, I see he's logged in on his page on MySpace, and it looks as though he's doing quite well, he has pictures up. He's playing around on MySpace and not even trying/worrying about the money he's stolen from us or others, he even brags about his ringdesigner.com website even though if you order from him, he will only take your money without fulfilling your order.

We've had to postpone our engagement because of this thief, he is truly ruining our lives at the moment. Please DO NOT order from ringdesigner.com. You will be ignored by greg, but he'll be sure to take money from your account but don't expect any rings that you ordered. Please people, beware!!
