RIPOFF Deceptive sales tactics, They say they give you the best price then you find out they have it posted on the internet for 2 thousand dollars less

I would avoid Pioneer Automotive Group in Tucson Arizona like the plague if I were looking for a used car or truck! They tell you one thing and do another. We were looking for a 4 door pickup for my step son. At first they told us the price for a 2006 Dodge Dakota was 19,995.00 but when the dealing got going and they looked at the trade in value on his 2005 Mustang, the price of the truck shot up to 21,995.00. We were still willing to deal as long as they gave us a good trade in on the Mustang. At first it seemed they were going to do that. They offered us around 19K for it. Taking into consideration the 2 grand they raised the price of the truck it still wasnt too bad of a deal.

We had about 12 grand or so in equity in the Mustang and only needed to finance 10 grand. So we filled out the paper work and they said no problem we can get that financed easily. So my step son took the truck home and they took his Mustang. About a week later we get a call from the weasels. They said that they made a mistake with the paper work and we needed to come back so they can check the VIN number on the truck. My step son takes the truck back and they confiscate it and say the loan didnt go through. We were willing to finance it ourselves until things got nasty with the manager. We finally told them to stick it and we left! Never to return again!
