Sold a Lemon and gave my personal information to a strange

Me and my husband decided he needed a new work truck, so we went to Bankston because they had "good deals" on the radio. We saw a black 3500 Dodge Dually 2005; the salesman stated they had just got the truck in and it didn't have a price yet. We decided to inquire, they said it was for $33,000 (which is a ripoff for that year model), it had 18,000 miles and we're young and at that time I guess a little nieve.

They made us feel like we were in a hurry, because we wanted to trade in our car and buy it back (supposedly in TX a person can only have one vehicle in their name), we purchased the truck the next day as well as our car.
The same weekend after driving our truck home, the engine light came on. We take it back to the dealership and the repair guy says "its minor, they're nothing wrong", we say okay and take the truck back home. A week or two later, it begins to stop and go as if someone put unleaded in the diesal engine. We take it back, the service department says they fired their diesal tech and they send us to a new dealership (this dealership wants to keep it overnight). We wouldn't have had a way home if that would have taken place. We keep the truck once more and start to search for a new one, lo and behold the truck dies on the freeway and we have it towed to the dealership, however they are not taking the truck back!
We hand them the keys and leave.

A few months later, I receive a random phone call and it's a gentleman lying to me telling me he got my phone number AND address from Bankstondodge.com, which doesn't exist. We call the finance company and they say he got the information from the dealership!

It's a whole lot more to this story, but that's the just. We're still fighting with the finance company, because they have it as a repo, although they were able to sell the truck at an auction.
