Threating language and no car after 6 months of purchasing product

On September 22 I purchased a car from Lighthouse Truck and Auto. The car quit working on October 11th and I have been waiting for 6 months for my car. It has been from town to town... Mechanic to mechanic. And as of March 22 the car is not in my possession nor is it fixed.

I have been threatened and cursed at by the staff of this business.

I live in a good ole boy town and the lawyers in this town will not go against him. What does a single girl do in a case like this?

The dealer sold me an expensive warranty that does not want to pay for the repairs to this car either.

The dealer said today march 22 " I have no legal obligation to sell a car that works properly, or to fix the ones I swll."

Is this true? How do I get help and a car to drive?
