Company keeps charging me for insurance when proof of an insurance has been sent over 5 times Cheste

Wells Fargo Financial Center keeping billing me for insurance even though I have supplied this information to them over 5 times. When I send a payment instead of applying it correctly they pay insurance and put the rest to interest, almost nothing go to priniciple.

I have no doubt that they are scaming customers and that these acts are illegal.

Every conversation I have with them has been recorded and they have been advised of such. You will be shocked to hear the recordings.

This is one of the most unprofessional and unethical companies I have ever seen

I strongly believe their acts are criminal
