Sold vehicle with broken cd player and refuses to fix because 'he didn't make a profit' off the deal'

I bought my 2004 Nissan Murano from Jeff Smith Nissan on Iffie Rd and 2 weeks later noticed the cd player didn't work. When I contacted the service/sales depts they told me that because the dealership gave me such a 'great deal' they didn't make any money off my deal and therefore could not justify spending money to fix the broken cd player. The sales manager specifically told me if he would've profited from the deal he would have no problem sending me to the service dept to fix it but he couldn't. Their moto is ' We Care!' but it should be 'We Care ONLY if we make a profit off you!'
