Sold me a $9,000 LEMON!

Well. I guess it all started when I went to CarHop and was financed for my 1998 Chevy Lumina everything appeared to be okay with it but a few weeks later I find that there was not enough coolant to water in my system and it was too late. It all froze. This caused issues with my heat that wont work and my radiator leaking all over. Of course this was not covered under warantee so I replaced the radiator and thermostat. Still have no heat. A short time later my water pump and intake manifold gasket went out and CarHop did fix those things but I had to bring my car to a service shop they approve of an hour away from where I live. I picked up the car and it seemed better than it was.

I still have no heat though. The car will not even start anymore and I was told to get a diagnostic done on the car. I paid for that and faxed the information to them. The assistant manager called me back and told me that hi and the service manager reviewed it and had "a good laugh." I don't find the situation funny and they won't come and get their car. They offered to put a used altinator in the car but I have to tow it to the shop an hour away. And it will be a used part anyways. That's not going to fix the fact that I dont have heat. I have talked to many people regarding the lemon laws in Minnesota and was unable to get help because of the year of my car. I don't want this vehicle anymore or all the hassles that come with it. Please DO NOT let this happen to you. It's a joke and there seems to be no way out for me!
