Chiu Bui ripoff Sold me an illegal car Buyer Beware

I bought a 911 Porsche convertible (they valued it over 25k) from this Houston dealer on Ebay. I had it shipped to me in San Francisco. Upon receiving it, I saw that the odometer was broken. The gas gauge was faulty and the key tumbler on both sides came out! I couldn't even lock the car since the whole thing came out.

I took it to Bauer Porsche in Oakland - they ONLY work on Porsches. They found the motor mounts 2" too low, the rails were dangerously rotten. The most disturbing thing was that the bulb indicating the airbags aren't working was removed!

It is illegal to sell a car with non-functioning airbags without disclosure. I paid $4949.40 to fix the car.

I gave the dealer a full report and gave them time to "do the right thing." Mr C. Bui left ME negative feedback on Ebay calling me a LIAR and that I used my personal mechanic. I offered him to have his own mechanic look at the car.

Ebay won't help me since it's been more than 35 days from the close of auction. A pre-purchase inspection did not catch the tampered odometer nor the illegal act of removing the airbag light.

I could have been seriously hurt. So pls, learn from my lesson and be aware if you are shopping at their dealership.

These people will take your money. They had false advertising on their ad. So pls, re-consider doing any business there and have it FULLY inspected - not just carfax and carchex nor even a compression and oil leak down check.

They offered 500$ but it was a slap on the face for me. It's not the money anymore but the fact that they are not sorry that they sold me an illegal car.

Buyer Beware of Allstate Motorcars in Houston - they also go by the name Victory cars on Ebay. Buyer Beware! Don't get taken like me.
