Misrepresented their product. Promised to sell car in approx. 2 weeks

I was contacted by telephone by Lori Cissell on approx. 9-20-06 to purchase their services to sell my car. I was told that the car should sell in two weeks for $12,900.00 with no problem. The cost was $325.00. Over the next month the car did not sell and in fact the price was lowered $1000.00.

Since that time I have allowed the company to lower the price another $1000.00 and the car still has not sold. I have asked repeatedly what needs to be done to get the car sold and have supported all suggestions.

In addition, I had a private offer for the car and called and asked if the company was still sure they could sell the car for the price we had listed. The response from Lori was yes, and I turned down the private offer.

The ability to sell my car was significantly misrepresented and has cost me much more than the price I paid to have Uwin list my car.

I have called and emailed Lori Cissell and have had no response. I have had no contact for over 2 months after all the promises to sell my car. Several phone numbers disconnected.
