Sold false "franchises, " sold businesses that had not been established, took money for numerous marketing "services" that were never followed through on and more

Lori and John Hornyak have sold numerous false "franchises" all over the country. Even when told they were doing something illegal, they continued to sell these "franchises" with no legal paperwork or documents. They have sold numerous unestablished businesses to varying unsuspecting families (even to families collecting unemployment!), claiming that their "ideas" are worthy of thousands of dollars and will quickly BRING thousands of dollars each month. This has never happened yet.

Most of the businesses they sell quickly go under and fail because they were never legitimately established to begin with. Lori and John Hornyak were asked to make amends to the families they have hurt and taken money from - they never responded to the pleas.

Lori Hornyak currently has 11 liens against her in the state of Ohio for money owed to other parties. A PI report states that she has used more than one social security number. They have both sold marketing services and advertising services that were never followed through on. When their 'clients' asked for proof, they got either no response at all or they were told that no proof was needed; therefore, none was given. A few times, they were laughed at via email as though requesting money back for these scams was laughable.

Please do not purchase anything from Lori or John Hornyak. Your money will not be put to good use and you will never see it again. Even if you sue them, you will have to stand in line with countless others who are owned money by the Hornyaks and who have never received what they are owed.
