Bachrodt Lou Auto Mall Dont honor their own words, vehicle came out in worse condition! Ripoff

Due to inadequate security my car along with four others was broken into and vandalized on 1/30/07. The damages and property stolen amount to a broken dash board, missing CD player & damaged trunk lid. The company refused to pay for the damages to my car after it was entrusted to them. After I stopped the service on my car, they still wanted me to pay them for the little amount of labor they put into my car.

Upon inspection of my car after the vandalism (which I didn't find out untill I called them late afternoon, hours after they had known about this) I found that while working on my ball joint, they just threw the dirty wheel into my backseat rather than store it in their garage!

Their website promisses quality service, but I have gotten nothing close to that. Barely even a sorry! All people should be careful when using this company for service, definately don't let them keep your vehicle overnight, you may suffer the same fate!!!
