RUSTY DIRTY useless parts shipped 11 days after stated shipment ripoff

I wanted a pulley that my 1975 Chevy truck had thrown. They insisted would have to buy the harmonic balancer as well as the pulley for $105.00 and guaranteed arrival 5-7 business days from order.

Order placed on Jan 9 - no receipt and allowing for the holiday - contacted them on Jan 16 (can only be done by email) I requested tracking information which had never been provided and to cancel the order if NOT already shipped.

Days later I finally received a tracking order indicating the part had not even been called out for shipment until Jan. 16 at 5:53PM. Arrived at my house on Jan 22 and was not the (2) parts they specified I must order but (1) part which was rusty, greasy, showing signs of burnt rubber.

I again contacted them demanding return slip and FULL refund. To which they responded I got what I ordered and will be charged 25% restocking plus shipping both ways.

This item was not shipped from Alabama but from Indiana - doubt they ever even see the parts. I've no idea who they get parts from but this is the most ridiculous part I've ever laid eyes on. I wouldn't put it in my truck if I were delivering it to a JUNK YARD for salvage let alone on the streets of town.

They have played games with this order and the charges are WELL beyond what I received. I found the pulley in California in GREAT shape - they cleaned it and painted it prior to shipping and it cost me $35.

BEWARE of this company - they respond to any query placed on the net for parts. I for one will never order again from the web. I've bought things in the past from honest, reliable people on the internet and never run into this before.

This company ships across the USA and claims to be members of every states BBB. I intend to follow this to the end.
