Rip off, bad install, and billing for non-installed install

My name is Reggie aka Deuce. I was refered to Secret Weapon by a friend after my engine began to foul... They fixed the problem, and built up my confidence withthe company... Later on I went there to get my car lowered. When i went there i was told my car would be done by the close of business,

When i called i was told they needed more time so i had to leave it over the weekend, although fustrated i left it. Anyway, after picking up my car, i had to return several times for a rubbing problem. Finally got it somewhat fixed... Although i was upset i still contiued communications with them.

Later on i brought them a nitrous kit i wanted installed... I clearly stated i wanted it hidden and dual perge... I was assured they had done this job before... That was the biggest bunch a BULL i'd ever heard.

I left my car there for a full week, to get my EGR valve cleaned out and the kit installed... When i returned to pick up my car... Not only was the kit not installed properly, my Car was still trowing a code for the EGR valve.

When i would callthe shop to speak to JOEY, i would barely get to speak with him, and spoken to rudely by his employees, and once hung up on. When i did speak to joey... He told me he had sent out an employee for hourslooking for a fuel line spliter, since the kit was a ZEX wet kit... I was able to find the piece at a local parts store in less then 5 min. And when i saw the purge... It was hooked up to my windshield jets, with rubber hoses... PATHETIC...

I have pictures, if he tries to rebutal with BULL... My stock sway bar was unbolted, they couldnt even return my car the way it cam in. I eventually got my kit installed by a previous employee of his, who was even shocked at the work that was done...

A few weeks ago i had some problems with my brakes and wehn i went to get them replaced at a new shop, they brought to my attention that my springs were not even set in place... I have pictures ofthat also... Be aware... Secret weapon is some sh*t
