Mr. Trummell In Collections Harrassment, and Threats Ripoff

I've only been with this company for about 5 months now. When I first purchased my car in August, I didn't have to pay my first note until October '06, because I had to re-do some of my paperwork when it came to the contracts for the car thru the dealership. Ok, I understand that if you don't pay your bills, your car will be repossesed. I also understand that when they DO reposses your auto, that you still owe the balance on the auto loan. What I DID NOT know was that if you have gotten a car financed over $5,000, and have ran behind in payments, that you are committing a 3rd DEGREE FELONY, AND DRIVE FINANCIAL CAN SEND THE AUTHORITIES AFTER YOU!!! I have been constantly harrassed by Drive Financial to the point that I told them to come and pick up the car. They told me I would still owe on the car-well duh, b*%$*!!! I was well aware of that! However, I would much rather deal with only one car (we have 2), and not having to hear Drive's harrassing voices on my line, than to have to deal with this crap! I know transportation is important, but like someone else said, its sad when you are paying for a car that you are afraid to drive, and every morning, hoping that the car is still outside, just so you can have a way to work! Wouldn't you think that if I have already told Drive to come and pick up my car, they would??? (But let me shut-up, I don't want to speak too soon!!! -as of right now, my car is still outside, and as of right now, I'm STILL paying these lousy asses their money so that I can keep the car)
